The Canal & River Trust is one of the UK’s largest charities, we maintain 2,000 miles of historic canals, rivers, docks and reservoirs, along with museums, archives and the country’s third largest collection of protected historic buildings – preserving them for future generations.
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Administrator to provide support during our busy seasonal period April-October.
The post holder will be providing the business with administration and customer service support, assisting all functional departments including Volunteeering in achieving Canal & River Trust’s aims to increase the number of people using the waterways and improve safety whilst protecting the heritage and integrity of the inland waterways network.
The succesful candidate will also deliver administrative services to colleagues within your designated team and liaise closely with other teams in areas of the business. Deliver excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication skills using technical systems and agreed processes/procedures as necessary.
