Job title: Property Contracts Coordinator
Advertised Salary: c.£27,500 (full time equivalent)
Location: Working from home, must have access to Ellesmere Port, Leeds or Birmingham for occasional face to face meetings and site audit.

Our Property Contract Coordinators deliver a contract service to the Estates Team; providing support to the business across multiple property contracts using technical knowledge of systems, processes, financial and legal requirements, ensuring Canal & River Trust operates safely and efficiently with defined standards. The role will enable the contracts to run effectively, ensuring statutory compliance is maintained/achieved across the estate and in line with the Trust’s financial budgets. Including:
